




Job Summary: This role involves ingredient preparation, assisting in dish preparation, kitchen cleaning, inventory control, and plating, all in compliance with food safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and organize food in the kitchen. 2. Assist chefs in executing recipes and plating dishes. 3. Ensure food safety and hygiene of the environment. Main Responsibilities: * **Ingredient Preparation:** Wash, peel, cut, and portion food items. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Keep the kitchen, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized. * **Assistance in Preparation:** Help chefs execute recipes, including boiling, baking, and grilling. * **Inventory Control:** Check and replenish supplies, and ensure proper food storage. * **Plating:** Assist in finalizing and presenting meal boxes before service. * **Food Safety:** Follow hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination.
