Implementation Analyst | Junior to Mid-level

**About the position** The Implementation Analyst will work on implementation projects for new clients and existing clients who have acquired new Espresso products or services, including the management and accountability platform (web \+ app), system integrations, digital accounts, and corporate cards. This person will be responsible for leading the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring a consultative, organized, and efficient customer experience—from initial setup through tool adoption. **Responsibilities** * Lead low-touch implementation processes; * Execute implementations proactively and consultatively; * Perform system configuration for Espresso in validation and production environments (SaaS); * Perform system configuration in Barista; * Support or lead integration testing with clients; * Deliver training and onboarding for administrators and end users; * Support clients via phone, e\-mail, and internal platforms; * Develop and monitor implementation timelines; * Record scopes, integrations, and implementation history in the Ploomes platform; * Identify opportunities for continuous product and customer experience improvement; * Support ongoing training initiatives and platform adoption; * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure implementation quality. **What we’re looking for** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational and demand management skills; * Analytical and consultative mindset; * Proficiency with technology and software systems; * Ability to deliver training and manage client relationships; * Experience in implementation, onboarding, technical support, customer success, or related areas is considered a plus. **Preferred qualifications** * Hands-on experience implementing SaaS solutions; * Experience with system integrations; * Familiarity with CRM tools; * Experience supporting B2B customers; * Background working at technology companies. **Benefits** * Vitta Health Insurance Plan * Unimed Seguros Health Insurance Plan * MetLife Dental Insurance Plan * Gympass/Wellhub * Meal or Food Allowance * Mobility Allowance * On-site Massage * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Pet Insurance Employment type: Full-time CLT Selection question(s): * What is your monthly gross salary expectation (CLT) for this position?
