As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and automation maintenance team, ensuring the reliability of industrial equipment and continuity of the production process. You will manage the team, monitor training activities, and develop strategic plans for plant improvement. Additionally, you will ensure all activities are carried out with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and quality results. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the Start\-Up Leader in achieving project goals, aligning maintenance actions with the overall Start\-Up Management Plan strategy. * Define strategy and direct maintenance operations, ensuring the final installation complies with factory and project requirements. * Take responsibility for the maintenance function within the Start\-Up Management, ensuring practices and processes are developed and implemented prior to plant start\-up. * Lead necessary operational improvements and adaptations to support equipment reliability and efficiency during the start\-up phase. * Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety, quality standards, and legal requirements. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields; Intermediate level in Office software; * Management and technical knowledge in Maintenance (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and automation); * Experience in personnel management and team development; * Cost management applied to maintenance; * Up\-to\-date knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs – such as NR\-10, NR\-12 and NR\- * 35\); * Knowledge in industrial automation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic English proficiency for reading and interpreting technical materials; * Previous experience in the food industry. *McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
