




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, decorating, and finishing cakes, pies, desserts, and sweets—balancing flavor and visual presentation—while also managing inventory and developing new recipes. Preparing and decorating bakery items **Responsible for preparing, decorating, and finishing cakes, pies, desserts, and sweets. Balancing flavor and visual presentation. Including preparation of doughs and fillings. Quality control, hygiene of equipment and work area. Inventory management and creation of new recipes for menus in collaboration with the chef.** **Requirements:** **Technical knowledge in pastry arts. Proactive, organized, and creative.
