**Job Description:** We are looking for an **Industrial Maintenance Supervisor** with a focus on lubrication to join our team. The professional will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the execution of maintenance routines, guaranteeing equipment reliability and the efficiency of industrial processes. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities related to industrial equipment lubrication; * Coordinate the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring results; * Implement and monitor lubrication plans to extend asset lifespan; * Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards; * Support failure diagnosis and propose continuous improvements in maintenance processes; * Prepare performance reports and departmental indicators; * Perform according to company needs, possibly taking on other maintenance-related activities. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role; * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory); * Experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on lubrication; * Knowledge of maintenance best practices and management tools; * Leadership and decision-making skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
