We are seeking an exceptional Farm Manager to lead one of the most ambitious projects in the coffee industry: implementing and managing a new 500-hectare Arabica coffee module, with an absolute focus on quality, productivity, and premium export. **Main Responsibilities:** – People Leadership Responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and motivating operational teams (tractor drivers, operators, etc.), ensuring the formation of a high-performance team and talent retention. – Operations Management: From Planting to Post\-Harvest Lead all production stages with excellence, including planting, spraying, fertilization, crop maintenance, irrigation, harvesting, and post\-harvest (drying patios and washing stations). – Efficiency and Cost Management Ensure compliance with operational planning and strict cost control. Performance will be evaluated through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, machine efficiency, preventive maintenance, and organizational climate. – Execution and Problem Solving (Get Things Done).
