




We are seeking an exceptional Farm Manager to lead one of the most ambitious projects in the coffee industry: implementing and managing a new 500-hectare Arabica coffee module, with an absolute focus on quality, productivity, and premium export. **Main Responsibilities:** – People Leadership Responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and motivating operational teams (tractor drivers, operators, etc.), ensuring the formation of a high-performance team and talent retention. – Operations Management: From Planting to Post\-Harvest Lead all production stages with excellence, including planting, spraying, fertilization, crop maintenance, irrigation, harvesting, and post\-harvest (drying patios and washing stations). – Efficiency and Cost Management Ensure compliance with operational planning and strict cost control. Performance will be evaluated through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, machine efficiency, preventive maintenance, and organizational climate. – Execution and Problem Solving (Get Things Done). Act in a practical and proactive manner when facing unforeseen issues, ensuring operational continuity and achievement of planned results. **Requirements:** **–** Over 10 proven years of experience in Arabica coffee operations. **– Focus on Quality:** Experience with specialty and export-grade coffees. **– Leadership with Emotional Balance:** Ability to lead under pressure while keeping the team engaged and the work environment healthy. **– Owner's Mindset:** Commitment, accountability, and results orientation. **– Process Management:** Solid experience in operational planning, cost control, and machinery maintenance. **–** Desire for growth, continuous development, and meritocracy.
