Apply now and help us build the next chapter of your career. ### **Responsibilities and Activities:** Monitor the execution of earthwork and civil construction activities in the field; Assist in updating and controlling physical and financial schedules; Prepare progress records and performance indicators; Develop weekly presentations showing physical progress across work fronts; Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports; Generate management reports for internal and client monitoring; Support information flow among planning, engineering, and production. ### **Prerequisites:** Willingness to reside in cities near Fagundes’ operational units; Availability to work during the company’s standard working hours; Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Power BI (analytics and dashboards); Intermediate knowledge of MS Project; Knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and supporting drawings and plans; Organization, clear communication, and ability to work under deadlines and goals.
