Key duties include: * Assisting in **food pre-preparation, preparation, and finishing**, following guidance from the kitchen team and the supervising nutritionist; * Performing **plate assembly and portioning**, adhering to established standards; * Washing, sanitizing, and organizing **kitchen utensils, tableware, and equipment** used in food production; * Maintaining a **clean and organized workplace**, strictly complying with hygiene and food safety regulations; * Supporting the kitchen team in daily routines to ensure service efficiency and quality.
