**Job Description – Construction Measurement Analyst** AIR MINAS is seeking a Construction Measurement Analyst to oversee, verify, and monitor the physical and financial measurements of HVAC construction contracts. We are looking for an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional capable of interfacing with construction teams, planning departments, controllers, and clients. **Responsibilities** * Perform physical and financial measurements of construction projects * Verify field-executed quantities * Prepare measurement reports for clients and contractors * Validate executed services in accordance with contracts, designs, and schedules * Support cost control and physical progress tracking of construction projects * Prepare monitoring reports and spreadsheets * Support billing processes and contractual documentation * Interface with engineers, supervisors, and controllers * Identify discrepancies in quantities and scope * Assist in controlling contract amendments and scope changes * Organize technical documentation and execution records **Requirements** * Technical or higher education in: * Civil Engineering * Mechanical Engineering * Building Construction Technician * Mechanical Technician * Related fields * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Strong analytical ability * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Knowledge of construction measurement and quantity take-offs **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in HVAC construction projects * Familiarity with public and private contracts * Experience in physical\-financial control * Knowledge of ERP systems and construction management software * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project **Job Information** * Employment Type: CLT * Work Mode: On-site * Location: Belo Horizonte/MG * Willingness to conduct site visits * Salary: Market-competitive * Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Gympass/Wellhub **Desired Profile** We seek a committed, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional focused on ensuring measurement accuracy and providing efficient support for contract and construction project management.
