**Job Description – Construction Administrative Assistant** AIR MINAS is seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to support administrative and operational routines at construction sites, ensuring document organization, field team support, and contract information control. We seek an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills to interface with construction, procurement, HR, occupational safety, and finance departments. **Responsibilities** * Support administrative routines at construction sites * Control documentation for employees, third parties, and contractors * Assist in recording and tracking invoices, purchase orders, and measurements * Organize physical and digital files * Support timekeeping, accommodation, travel, and team mobilization control * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative controls * Assist in monitoring material and equipment requisitions * Facilitate communication between site and administrative office * Control the sending and receipt of contractual documents * Provide administrative support to the site engineer and supervision team **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a team * Good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications** * Administrative experience in construction or civil engineering projects * Knowledge of HR department routines * Experience with ERP systems * Knowledge of document control and measurement processes * Experience providing operational support on-site **Job Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Work mode: On-site * Location: Belo Horizonte/MG * Travel availability: As required by project needs * Salary: Market-competitive * Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Life insurance **Desired Profile** We seek a committed, organized, responsible, and collaborative professional capable of efficiently and dynamically supporting construction site operations.
