




Job Summary: Grupo Saquarema is seeking a professional to organize the warehouse, place purchase orders, record invoices, and manage inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse organization and inventory control 2. Purchase order and invoice management via ERP system 3. Currently, they are a global benchmark for sustainable production of specialty and organic coffees. Responsibilities Organize the warehouse; Place purchase orders via ERP system; Record invoices via ERP system; Coordinate with procurement and workshop departments to schedule parts and items for inventory; Submit updated reports on machines undergoing maintenance; Maintain an organized work environment; Manage inventory; Perform other duties and submit reports relevant to the position. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word – Excel – PowerPoint) \- intermediate level Knowledge of agricultural spare parts; Minimum two years of experience in this field; Organizational skills WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Fridays until 4:00 PM); Additional Information Variable salary ranging from R$2\.500,00 to R$4\.000,00; CLT employment contract; On-site meals; On-site position in Perdizes \- MG; Daily personal transportation to Perdizes \- MG; On-site accommodation provided.
