Supporting planning and logistical operations Administrative Responsibilities * Receiving and verifying invoices submitted by customers, ensuring compliance with fiscal and operational information. * Organizing, controlling, and archiving all received documentation, maintaining updated and accessible records for consultation. * Issuing cargo manifests, ensuring consistency among goods, invoices, and shipped volumes. * Sorting and grouping invoices according to license plates of vehicles scheduled for departure, optimizing the loading and delivery process. * Supporting delivery planning, ensuring each vehicle departs with correct documentation to serve customers. * Assisting with administrative routines in the logistics department, contributing to efficient transportation and distribution operations.
