The Training Analyst will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all stages of the factory's training process, covering technical, safety, behavioral, and compliance training according to internal standards and procedures. The role will work closely with operational areas and managers, ensuring adherence to the annual plan, fulfillment of legal requirements, continuous team development, and overall operational training management. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid experience in controlling, managing, and developing training programs, preferably in an industrial environment; * Experience with training management tools (advanced spreadsheets, Power BI, etc.); * Knowledge and monitoring of training metrics and development plans; * Proficiency in Office Suite; * Intermediate English skills. *McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
