Come be part of this community! **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Evaluate material control in loan areas; * Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies; * Inspect quality routines, guaranteeing minimum required standards at each process stage; * Monitor performance indicators to ensure compliance with technical standards and identify process deficiencies; * Evaluate conditions of equipment and accessories, including their calibrations; verify and monitor geotechnical testing procedures performed by third-party companies; * Establish, guide, and verify technical specifications; * Ensure the quality standard determined by the Quality Management System; inspect contractors' laboratories to ensure compliance with testing standards, etc.; * Participate in and support RTQs (Quality Technical Rounds) at construction sites to inspect standards and identify possible deviations; * Maintain knowledge of current standards and techniques; * Supervise field services, indicating/guiding field activities when necessary; monitor and validate installations and construction works, as well as identify process improvements, among others. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Education: Technical degree in Building Construction or related fields is desirable. * Knowledge in project quality. * Knowledge or experience in ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS) is desirable.
