Detailed description: * Monitor the acquisition and/or renewal of environmental licenses ensuring company operations or contract execution within defined schedules, regulations, and current legislation before regulatory agencies. * Environmentally monitor the physical area of the company and clients, performing critical analysis of impactful environmental conditions, aiming at compliance with current legislation and internal company procedures. * Qualify, monitor, and evaluate services provided by external suppliers as well as regulatory agencies, according to internally defined company procedures. * Prepare management reports on the environmental status of companies for updating and supporting leadership decision-making. * Develop and implement training on EHS procedures to raise employee awareness within the company; * Plan and participate in internal and external audits of the environmental management system to comply with company practices; * Develop and execute updates to departmental reports and indicators, monitoring and analyzing results to ensure compliance with procedures, goals, and necessary corrective actions; * Analyze and ensure effective waste management by preparing monitoring and control reports to track licenses and permits related to company operations; * Participate in managing environmental aspects and impacts related to activities to comply with the methodology of standards adopted by the company; * Monitor and implement the environmental legislation system, evaluating the applicability of laws and technical standards to develop an action plan when necessary; * Manage environmental consulting contracts, monitoring previously defined deadlines, budget, and scope; * Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with work instructions and procedures of the Environmental Management System, making changes whenever necessary; * Carry out planned activities according to received guidance, under the supervision and/or support of more technically skilled professionals or immediate managers, even if only occasionally for advice or problem resolution.
