Join us and be part of this story! **Challenges of this position:** * Organizing meetings, onboarding, events (birthdays, commemorative dates, etc.); * Supporting employees, monitoring benefits; managing vacations and leaves of absence; * Generating absenteeism, turnover, overtime, and timekeeping irregularity reports, aiming at data analysis and proposing action plans for improvement; * Handling corporate HR demands such as engagement surveys, internal training programs, and periodic medical examination scheduling; * Payroll closing; * Ensuring training delivery at store locations; * Monitoring periodic medical examinations; * Hiring and employee transfers. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite—especially Excel); * Availability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 4:48 p.m., Monday through Friday; Prior experience in HR routine will be an advantage.
