If you are a committed individual seeking professional growth, this opportunity may be ideal for you! **Responsibilities:** * Issue invoices for finished product billing and others; * Keep the CE \- Inventory Control, CR – Accounts Receivable, and OF – Tax Obligations modules always up to date; * Control CMVMs – Vehicle and Material Movement Control, to ensure proof of delivery of our goods by the carrier; * Enter NFE \- Entry Invoices for consigned goods / enter NFD – Entry Invoice for returns; * Print FIAT barcode labels; * Generate Transport Insurance Report; * Generate product shipment reports; * Assist in entering NFE – Entry Invoices – returns; * Generate Billing Report for Cost Accounting; * Control invoice stubs; * Manage requests for invoice issuance; * Perform other related tasks as determined by the immediate supervisor of the department. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of proven experience.
