Job Summary: Controls the flow of vehicles, visitors, and employees; organizes queues; performs entry control, billing, weighing, and maintains order and security at the gate/weigh station, in compliance with safety regulations. Maintaining order and security at the gate/weigh station **Purpose and impact of the role:** ----------------------------------- Control vehicle, visitor, and employee entries and exits; organize waiting lines for loading and unloading; perform entry registration for each vehicle; record invoices in the system and confirm acceptance/confirmation in the system; carry out weighing procedures; bill products destined for sale or transfer; verify invoices and transport documents against their respective destinations. Maintain order and organization at the gate/weigh station to ensure compliance with company safety regulations and policies. **Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- Receive and verify driver, vehicle, and invoice documentation; Validate invoices; Register vehicle arrivals; Prepare purchase receipt / transfer receipt (RDS) forms; Call vehicles for processing; Perform weighing; Deliver documents to drivers and collect invoice signatures; Other assigned tasks. **Qualifications:** ------------------ **Minimum Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent; Basic computer training (Microsoft Office suite); Availability to work rotating shifts during harvest season.
