




**Job Description** This position is for on-site work in Monte Alto – SP. **Who will you work with?** With the entire Quality team, metrologists, analysts, and inspectors, to ensure that products or services meet defined standards, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and business success. **How will you make a difference?** Key attributes include communication, collaboration, and continuous learning—aiming to exceed expectations and adapt alongside the team. **What do we want to know about you?** * Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge; * Basic English; * Communication skills; * Technical drawing reading and interpretation (desirable); * Basic metrology (desirable). **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Prepare dimensional reports; * Prepare Process Capability Study reports; * Monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) studies; * Assist in preparing Results Presentations (KPIs); * Participate in conformity analysis and continuous improvement teams; * Assist in Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies; * Prepare Layout Inspection reports; * Assist in developing instructions and procedures. **Additional Information** **What could you achieve in an environment that truly puts People First?** At Wabtec, it’s not just about a job—it’s about the impact you create.
