Your day-to-day responsibilities... * Provide support to employees; * Assist in verifying industrial performance compliance; * Facilitate employee onboarding; * Update area controls; * Report industrial performance indicators; * Support control of specific improvement projects; * Actively participate in the volunteering program; * Assist in implementing Digital Transformation projects. What will contribute to your success? * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of Power BI or other digital tools (e.g., Canva or video editing) is a plus; * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and initiative; * Adaptability, effective communication, and eagerness to learn.
