**Job Description:**
We seek a strategic professional with strong analytical skills and experience in industrial environments to lead the entire Production Planning, Scheduling, and Control (PCP) cycle with excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
Master Planning and Capacity
* Lead the Master Production Schedule and finite capacity analyses.
* Develop demand vs. capacity scenarios and propose structural adjustments.
* Evaluate impacts on cost, productivity, and margin.
**S\&OP Governance**
* Conduct the monthly S\&OP cycle, ensuring plan accuracy and feasibility.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
**Production Scheduling and Execution**
* Design efficient production schedules considering constraints, changeovers, and sanitary requirements.
* Monitor real-time execution and adjust routing to ensure plan adherence.
**Materials and Inventory Management**
* Maintain optimal levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
* Execute MRP II with coverage, risk, and stockout analyses.
* **KPIs and Continuous Improvement**
* Consolidate and monitor OTIF, accuracy, productivity, losses, product mix, and inventory turnover.
* Lead Lean projects, standardization initiatives, and industrial efficiency programs.
**Team Management and Development**
* Lead analysts and planners, ensuring technical maturity and operational discipline.
* Deliver training, feedback, and continuous development.
**Required Technical Competencies**
* Advanced PCP, MRP II, S\&OP, and master planning.
* Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP proficiency.
* Knowledge of industrial costing, margins, and processes.
* Familiarity with good manufacturing practices in the food industry.
