We operate in a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning, cross-team knowledge sharing, and jointly building solutions that positively impact our clients and partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop and maintain scalable applications using the modern development ecosystem; Collaborate directly with design (via **Figma**) to transform prototypes into high-fidelity, functional code; Implement and manage databases and authentication using **Supabase**; Optimize your own workflow using AI tools (Cursor, v0\.dev, etc.) to focus on what truly matters: business logic and user experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking For (Tech Stack):** **Frontend:** Experience with React or Next.js; **Backend & DB:** Proficiency in **Supabase** (PostgreSQL, Edge Functions, Auth); **Design-to-Code:** Ability to navigate **Figma** and extract necessary assets for development; **AI Tooling:** Familiarity (or obsession) with tools such as **Cursor**, **Claude 3\.5**, and GitHub Copilot; **Nice-to-Haves:** Personal projects where you used AI to accelerate delivery; Knowledge of automations and LLM API integrations; "Product Engineer" mindset: concern for the end user—not just the ticket. **Important Note:** This position is intended for professionals residing in Curitiba or its Metropolitan Region.
