Printer installation and configuration Grupo Educacional Bom Jesus is looking for a professional to assume the role of Junior IT Support Technician at our Bom Jesus São José dos Pinhais Unit in São José dos Pinhais/PR. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide personalized support to students, staff, and teachers via phone, remote access, or in person; Deliver IT technical support: troubleshoot hardware and software issues; Install and configure printers to ensure proper functionality. REQUIREMENTS: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields. Knowledge of hardware assembly is desirable. Experience with Google platforms is desirable. Experience in Audiovisual (projectors, soundboards, etc.) is desirable. JOB DETAILS: Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:40 PM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM Work location: Centro, São José dos Pinhais/PR.
