Opportunity to support artificial intelligence initiatives We are seeking a Senior Process Analyst responsible for mapping, analyzing, proposing improvements, automating, and implementing business processes. You will work on digital transformation initiatives focused on continuous improvement, automation, and strategic support across various company departments. * Map, model, and analyze organizational processes using BPM notation. * Lead continuous improvement projects (PDCA, DMAIC, Kaizen). * Develop automations with Power Automate and support requirements for RPA or BPMS solutions. * Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making. * Gather and manage data for process analysis. * Collaborate with multiple departments to understand needs and translate them into solutions. * Support artificial intelligence initiatives applied to processes (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Gamma). * Ensure alignment with governance and compliance practices. **Key Challenges:** * Implement automations that increase efficiency and reduce rework. * Translate business needs into technological solutions. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. * Continuously advance skills in digital tools and process methodologies. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields. * Experience in process mapping and modeling (BPM). * Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
