Description
**Responsibilities Description:**
* Conduct material quotations and procurement, negotiating prices, delivery timelines, and terms in accordance with internal policies;
* Manage material and service purchase requests, ensuring proper approvals and adherence to deadlines;
* Monitor material receipt, verifying quantities, quality, and invoices;
* Record and resolve discrepancies among purchase orders, delivered materials, and supporting documentation;
* Enter and update information in corporate systems (ERP, WMS, CMMS);
* Ensure data integrity and process traceability;
* Support warehouse and operational activities, prioritizing critical demands;
* Resolve operational pending items promptly;
* Analyze and reconcile purchase orders, service orders, and invoices;
* Ensure compliance with fiscal, accounting, and procedural requirements;
* Adhere to Quality, Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility (QSMS/ESG) standards.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress are desirable);
* Familiarity with management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
