Support in various administrative tasks and document organization. **Since 1995, Plotter Racks has been developing solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration, operating in Brazil and several countries across Latin America.** As a Junior Apprentice in the administrative area, you will assist with daily tasks involving enterprise management and organization. Your activities will contribute to the smooth operation of administrative processes, development of professional skills, and enhancement of specialized knowledge. **Some of the activities you may perform include:** 1\. Document filing and organization: You will be responsible for receiving, classifying, and archiving important company documents, ensuring they are accessible and properly organized. 2\. Public reception: As a Junior Apprentice, you may serve as the first point of contact for customers or visitors, receiving and directing their requests, providing basic information, and referring them to appropriate departments or personnel. 3\. Administrative support: You will assist with routine administrative tasks, such as completing spreadsheets, preparing simple reports, scanning documents, and other similar activities. 4\. Information management assistance: You may assist in collecting and recording data, as well as supporting the updating of information in company systems or databases. 5\. Calendar management support: You will assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, ensuring employees’ calendars remain organized and up to date. 6\. Participation in training and capacity-building programs: As a Junior Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to participate in company-provided training and capacity-building programs aimed at enhancing your administrative skills and general knowledge. **Requirements** a) Basic computer literacy; b) Age between 14 and 16 years; c) Currently enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year of High School.
