Management of contractors and turnkey projects Zortéa Construções, with over 45 years of experience in agro-industrial construction, warehouse and silo construction, seeks an Electrical Engineer to work on-site under CLT employment terms. Projects located along the coast and inland areas of Paraná State. Availability for travel and relocation required. Responsibilities: * Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance; * Ensure activities comply with technical standards and internal procedures; * Serve as the liaison point between electrical teams and other disciplines (civil, mechanical, automation, instrumentation, etc.); * Identify and resolve cross-disciplinary interferences proactively; * Supervise turnkey project execution from planning through final delivery; * Control deadlines, costs, and quality of contracted services; * Prepare contractor progress measurements to ensure contractual compliance; * Integrate electrical activities into the overall construction schedule; * Ensure execution sequence respects critical project phases; * Conduct and participate in periodic alignment meetings with site teams; * Establish execution priorities based on deadlines, resource availability, and critical requirements; * Develop execution strategies to optimize time and cost; * Inspect materials supplied by contractors, as well as equipment to be provided under contracts, ensuring compliance with technical specifications; Requirements: * Willingness to relocate; position available nationwide; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in industrial electromechanical construction projects; * Experience in managing and coordinating third-party contractors for electromechanical installation; * Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications related to electrical installations, automation, fire detection, alarm and suppression systems, lightning protection systems (SPDA), and grounding; Benefits The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: Unimed health plan and life insurance; Meal allowance; Transportation; Accommodation (apartment or house); Breakfast and lunch at the construction site.
