The company’s production focuses on preparing and formatting books, videos, and computer platforms—always in an integrated and complementary manner. **About the Position** We are seeking a senior professional with strong experience in process automation, system integrations, and applied artificial intelligence, capable of developing, maintaining, and evolving automations using AutomationEdge, n8n, and Python, while integrating generative AI solutions such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude Code into corporate processes. We seek a highly proactive individual who does not rely on pre-mapped processes but instead directly identifies opportunities, reduces manual tasks, and rapidly transforms business problems into functional, scalable, and operationally high-impact automations. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and evolve corporate automations of varying complexity levels. * Map processes and propose continuous improvements; * Collaborate closely with business, development, and infrastructure teams; * Provide technical support to the internal automation team; * Design scalable and resilient architectures for corporate automations; * Define technical standards and automation governance. * Build integrations between internal and external systems using APIs, Webhooks, and databases; * Develop intelligent workflows leveraging generative AI for operational automation, content analysis, customer service, and productivity; * Ensure security best practices, version control, traceability, and documentation; Requirements: * Development of complex workflows; * Solid and proven experience with automations in: AutomationEdge, n8n, and Python. * Knowledge of OCR and document processing; * Building intelligent automations using generative AI and LLM models; * Using AI for: classification, summarization, data extraction, content generation, operational automation, and document analysis. * Integrating process workflows between internal and external systems via REST, SOAP, Webhooks APIs, and databases; * Manipulating relational and non-relational databases; * Knowledge of Git/version control; * Experience with observability and monitoring; * Minimum of 4 years in corporate automation; * Minimum of 2 years in applied generative AI; * Proven experience in corporate automation and integration projects; * History of complex integrations and mission-critical automations.
