Job Summary: ICI is seeking professionals for the Technical Assistance Coordination (COAT) to perform maintenance, technical support, and assistance for hardware and networks, ensuring optimal operation of equipment and systems. We are looking for individuals who want to join the Technical Assistance Coordination (COAT) team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform on-site or laboratory-based maintenance of client equipment; * Provide hardware technical support and assistance; * Deliver local user technical support, perform hardware maintenance, and identify and resolve issues; * Install and configure network assets (switches, routers, MikroTik devices, etc.); * Install and configure printers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed High School.
