This professional will serve as the technical reference for resolving complex incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and continuously improving operations, working closely with development, architecture, and business teams. **Responsibilities** Serve as the technical reference for production system support. Resolve complex and critical incidents using advanced troubleshooting techniques. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and propose preventive actions. Analyze logs, metrics, and traces in distributed environments. Work with microservices architecture, understanding HTTP flows and integrations. Monitor applications and infrastructure using Grafana and observability tools. Work with SQL and PL/SQL databases (PostgreSQL), performing performance analysis and fixes. Create and maintain Python scripts for operational automation and support. Work with RabbitMQ, analyzing queues, messages, and bottlenecks. Work in Kubernetes environments, supporting diagnostics and service stability. Work with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), monitoring deployments and releases. Support architecture evolution by suggesting technical and operational improvements. Document incidents, solutions, and best practices, sharing knowledge across the team. Support and mentor junior professionals when necessary. Requirements: Solid experience with .NET / C# in production environments. Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL databases (PostgreSQL). Experience with monitoring and observability (Grafana). Practical knowledge of RabbitMQ or equivalent messaging systems. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably in Azure DevOps. Proficiency in microservices architecture, HTTP communication, and log analysis. Extensive experience in troubleshooting and production support. Knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and analysis. **Behavioral Requirements (Soft Skills)** Artificial Intelligence Usage – Mandatory Proven ability to use AI tools daily (debugging, log analysis, automation, script writing, decision support).
