Apply for this position and become part of our story! **Responsibilities and duties** Verify benefit enrollment; Analyze and integrate timekeeping and benefits data with payroll; Perform maintenance (modifications, additions, and deletions) of employee benefit records; Generate purchase orders and procure benefits (e.g., transportation vouchers, food vouchers, meal vouchers); Produce monthly reports on insurance policy participants; Assist and advise employees regarding the use of offered benefits; Receive and distribute benefit cards to employees; Receive, verify, allocate, and forward invoices/bills for payment; Integrate benefits data into payroll; Monitor benefit payments; Inform HR teams of claim statuses; Gather information for PAT updates; Update PAT; Archive documents. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
