Our Finance teams contribute to our purpose by providing support and expertise across all financial matters, acting dynamically, agilely, and collaboratively to ensure Electrolux continues achieving outstanding results. **What you’ll do:** As a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable routines, cash outflow forecasting, executing domestic and international payments, identifying gaps and improvements to enhance accuracy of financial data (local, external, and intercompany). Key responsibilities include: * Execution of routines such as: manual payment processing and monitoring of automated payments in SAP; * Resolving payment discrepancies, deferring payments, and daily payment scheduling; * Analyzing and scheduling employee reimbursements and corporate card reimbursements, plus supporting the Concour team (Kraków); * Performing payment reconciliations, processing and validating bank return files, adjusting inconsistencies, and escalating issues to respective departments; * Submitting payment documentation to banks, performing bank reconciliations, performing accounting reconciliations, resolving issues related to returned payment errors, generating payment files, and submitting journal entries to Accounting; * Participating in efficiency projects and supporting other analysts within the team on various requests. As part of our continuous improvement culture, you will participate in Lean Thinking (EMS / EAI) projects and activities. **Who you are:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience with accounts payable routines; * Experience liaising with local and foreign suppliers; * Knowledge and experience working with SAP and RPAs; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience in Shared Service Center structures is a plus; * Advanced Spanish is a plus. **Where you’ll be:** You will work at the Curitiba Office Park, our administrative office in Curitiba.
