Job Summary: A Full Sales Representative will perform B2B prospecting and consultative sales of PET preforms and blow-molded bottles within the industrial sector, developing relationships and monitoring market trends. Developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and industrial clients **Position:** Full Sales Representative **Location:** Northeast Region **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM to 5:18 PM\. Saturday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM **Technical Competencies:** Knowledge of the mineral water, beverage, and food markets; Experience with B2B consultative sales in the industrial sector; Technical or commercial knowledge of PET packaging, preforms, and blow-molded bottles; Ability to understand and advise customers on weight (grammage), neck type, volumes, and applications; Experience negotiating contracts and recurring volume agreements; Sales target and KPI management; Prior experience in this role (preferred). **Responsibilities:** Prospect new clients in the mineral water, beverage, and food sectors; Sell PET preforms, blow-molded bottles, and related solutions; Conduct consultative sales, identifying customers’ technical needs (weight/grammage, neck type, volume, logistics); Negotiate contracts, monthly volumes, and commercial adjustments; Work toward aggressive volume and revenue targets; Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and industrial clients in the sector; Track sales targets, commercial KPIs, and sales performance; Conduct commercial and technical visits to clients and prospects; Monitor market movements, competition, and expansion opportunities; Perform other duties related to the position. **We Offer:** Fixed salary: R$4\.000,00 \+ Meal Allowance (VA): R$350,00 \+ Mileage reimbursement \+ Birthday day off. **Note:** Active client portfolio in the mineral water sector; Current or prior experience with products related to this industry, such as: Caps Labels Packaging materials Beverage production equipment Blow molding or plastic packaging Compensation: R$4\.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site
