




You will be responsible for supporting online store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience, product organization, platform updates, and addressing departmental requests. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams. **Key Responsibilities:** List, update, and review products on digital platforms (descriptions, images, prices, categories). Track orders: status, deadlines, shipping, exchanges, and returns. Provide customer support through digital channels. Monitor customer reviews, questions, and performance metrics. Support promotional campaign strategies and commercial initiatives. Monitor inventory levels, stockouts, and coordinate with Logistics. Assist in managing spreadsheets, reports, and departmental operational routines. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (college enrollment in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields is preferred). Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital customer service is a plus. Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Strong written communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Agility and ease in handling technology and multitasking. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM. **On-site Work** – At Bruno Eletromóveis’ administrative headquarters in São Pedro da Aldeia/RJ.
