The professional will be responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support, conducting external service visits and traveling when necessary, ensuring proper operation of installed equipment and systems. **Requirements** * Driver's license category AB * Availability for external service visits and travel * Basic knowledge of electrical systems * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics * Fault diagnosis on wiring harnesses, connectors, and electronic devices * Proficiency in using multimeters and electronic diagnostic tools * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) * Basic knowledge of forklift or industrial equipment maintenance is considered a plus **Main Responsibilities** * Install and configure telemetry systems in electric forklifts and pallet trucks * Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers' equipment * Diagnose communication and system functionality faults * Conduct functional tests and validation with customers * Guide customers on platform usage and installed systems * Identify and suggest technical improvements based on recurring issues
