We are seeking a professional to assume management of a strategic Business Unit, leading the implementation and execution of area processes. This manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, safety, organization, and excellence in client service, operating under a large-scale contract in the Facilities segment. Responsibilities: * Serve as the technical contract lead. * Coordinate building maintenance services, including civil, electrical, and lighting systems, as well as minor renovations and construction works. * Supervise third-party pest control companies. * Manage personnel, fostering engagement, development, and high performance within the team. * Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring resource efficiency and optimization. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical, safety, and quality standards for the contract. * Supervise unit processes and deliverables, ensuring excellence in client service. * Analyze qualitative and quantitative results, developing action plans and innovative strategies to optimize unit operations. * Implement HR policies: recruitment, onboarding, technical and behavioral training, as well as health and safety practices. * Manage multiple units in a multidisciplinary manner, coordinating complex and integrated operations. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, with active CREA registration. * Experience managing large-scale contracts and complex operations. * Proven experience in leadership and multidisciplinary team management. * Valid driver's license and availability for travel. * Easy access to the regions of Santa Inês/MA, Açailândia/MA, and Marabá/PA, ensuring mobility to meet contract requirements.
