Maranhão Motos is a Honda Two-Wheel dealership, a market leader in motorcycles, offering high-quality products and services. We are seeking an **External Sales Representative** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for prospecting and selling products to customers in the region, utilizing social media and other communication strategies, with a focus on the Sales department. They will also oversee related activities to ensure quality service aligned with the target audience’s needs. – Fully embody and promote Maranhão Motos’ corporate culture (Business, Mission, Vision, and Values); – Prospect leads via social media and WhatsApp, aiming to serve customers who prefer online assistance (on a periodic basis); – Present quotations, financing plans, and terms using tables, digital calculators, and other tools to help customers choose the best purchasing option (on a periodic basis); – Sell consortiums, vehicle financing (CDC), insurance, and maintenance packages (cash payment), to increase earnings and achieve sales targets (on a periodic basis); – Monitor customer portfolios using Excel spreadsheets, supporting this process with invoice generation and bid offers to enhance customer loyalty (on a periodic basis); * Complete training modules on the Sales Academy platform and HSF Portal; * Actively participate in company meetings and scheduled commitments when called upon.
