Job Summary: The professional will support production activities, assisting with cleaning, general services, and departmental organization to ensure process stability. Key Highlights: 1. Working in the production area with a focus on continuous improvement. 2. Collaborating in support and organizational activities of the department. 3. Performing sanitation and checking process standards. **Requirements:** \- Completed High School education; \- Prior experience in the production area; \- Basic computer skills; \- Availability to work the second shift; \- Availability to work on rotating schedules of 6 days on / 1 day off and 6 days on / 2 days off. **Main Responsibilities** \- Meet defined parameters for each target, aiming for continuous improvement; \- Support production activities by assisting with cleaning and other necessary general services; also assist with completing and archiving physical records, filling out electronic spreadsheets, and using available IT systems, thereby contributing to departmental organization and stability; \- Partial and general sanitation \[MARU B]: equipment opening and washing; checking process standards before resuming production; \- The operator must perform tasks according to existing Service Instructions, striving to maintain departmental indicators within established targets, thus ensuring production process stability within defined parameters.
