Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician specialized in performing maintenance, testing, diagnostics, and technical support for machinery, including on-site visits and reporting. All production, quality control, and final testing are supervised by Italian engineers strictly adhering to European standards, including CE and ISO certifications. **Job Description** We are looking for a specialized **Technical Support Technician** to join our team in Limeira, SP. This role involves **performing preventive and corrective maintenance, machine performance testing, diagnostics and fault resolution, as well as providing technical support to customers.** On-site technical visits will be required, and all records and reports must be kept up to date. ***Responsibilities:*** * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and training; * Providing technical support to operators and customers, clarifying doubts and guiding proper equipment/system usage; * Monitoring machine performance and collaborating on improvement implementation; * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations during operations and maintenance; * Availability for short-, medium-, or long-term travel as required by customer demand. (Work locations: São Paulo state and other Brazilian states.) ***Required Qualifications:*** * Education in Electronics, Electro-electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics; * Experience in CNC machine maintenance is a plus; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Availability for travel and relocation; * Brazilian Driver's License Category B (CNH B). ***Benefits That Make a Difference:*** * **Caju Card** (Flexible VA/VR), R$840.00 monthly.
