Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join Perillo's internal development team, working across the entire software development lifecycle to modernize business processes. Perillo is an engineering company specializing in civil construction project management, with a track record of large-scale projects such as Hemobrás and Unimed. With increasing focus on digital transformation, the company aims to modernize its internal processes through proprietary system development to keep teams informed about project progress, financial control, and operational management. Currently, the company operates two systems: * A web application providing construction project management information * A local (desktop) application used for entering measurement data and other operational information The next step is to develop new integrated web modules connected to these systems, expanding and modernizing the internal platform. We seek a Junior Full Stack Developer to join Perillo's internal development team, working across the full software development lifecycle—from back\-end to front\-end. The professional will work directly under the guidance of the Senior Developer (technical lead and architect), with ample opportunity for continuous learning using modern market technologies. The core responsibility of this role is to support the development, maintenance, and integration of internal web tools—ensuring all departments have real-time visibility into projects, finances, and operations. Technology Stack The candidate should possess basic to intermediate familiarity with the following stack: **TypeScript / Node.js** **React** **PostgreSQL** **REST APIs** **Git** **HTML / CSS** **Docker (basic)** **Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP** **CI/CD (basic)** Back\-end — Logic, Data, and Integrations * Develop and maintain REST APIs in Node.js/TypeScript, adhering to architectural standards defined by the architect * Implement business rules within internal modules for construction project and financial management * Structure and maintain PostgreSQL databases (queries, migrations, basic modeling) * Support integration between the web system and the existing local application * Ensure data consistency, integrity, and organization Front\-end — Interfaces and User Experience * Develop and refine web interfaces in React, following established component standards * Efficiently integrate interfaces with backend APIs * Contribute to dashboard and visualization development for construction project and financial management * Maintain and enhance the company's existing web application * Ensure usability and visual consistency across developed screens Quality and Process * Follow team-defined coding conventions, architecture guidelines, and best practices * Write and maintain unit tests for developed modules * Actively participate in code reviews with the Senior Developer * Document implemented features, endpoints, and workflows * Use Git rigorously: clear commits, organized branches, and well-described pull requests Integration and Data * Support data mapping and integration across existing systems * Contribute to data structuring for managerial reports and dashboards * Participate in requirements gathering alongside the technical lead and business units Technical Requirements (Mandatory) * **TypeScript / JavaScript:** Intermediate knowledge of logic, asynchronous functions (async/await), and data manipulation * **React:** Ability to build functional components, manage state (useState, useEffect), and consume APIs * **Node.js:** Understanding of route creation, middleware usage, and back\-end project organization * **SQL / PostgreSQL:** Ability to write basic to intermediate queries, understand relationships and keys * **REST APIs:** Understanding of HTTP verbs, headers, basic authentication, and endpoint consumption/creation * **Git:** Proficiency in branch usage, commits, pull requests, and conflict resolution
