Responsibilities * Operate aluminum injection molding machine according to defined parameters. * Adjust, regulate, and monitor the injection cycle to ensure process stability. * Perform machine feeding, part removal, basic deburring, and visual inspection. * Complete production records, incident reports, and shift logs. * Verify dimensional and visual quality of produced parts. * Strictly follow work instructions, especially regarding safety. * Report malfunctions, anomalies, and maintenance requirements. * Support general departmental activities as directed by leadership. Requirements * Proven experience operating aluminum injection molding machines (essential). * Basic knowledge of injection parameters, safety practices, and simple setup routines. * Strong ability to interpret instructions and maintain operational discipline. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
