**Responsibilities and Activities Shipping** * Pick products according to e\-commerce orders (picking). * Check items, quantities, and integrity before packaging (packing). * Package products appropriately, following safety and presentation standards. * Generate labels, print DANFE, and organize orders for dispatch. * Record shipments and update order statuses in the system or platform. * Deliver packages to carriers, Correios, or motorbike couriers. * Monitor tracking and assist in resolving delivery issues. **Inventory** * Receive, verify, and store products in an organized manner. * Assist in periodic inventories (cyclic and general). * Perform counts and verifications to prevent discrepancies. * Restock products in the correct locations within the warehouse. * Monitor expiration dates, batches, and storage conditions when applicable. * Support control of material inflows and outflows. **E\-commerce Support** * Update the system with inventory, product, and movement information. * Pick products for photography, registration, or special actions. * Help organize the e\-commerce space and logistics. * Report issues such as stockouts, damages, or discrepancies.
