Job Summary: The professional will assist in the warehouse's administrative routines, ensuring organization, control, and accuracy of inventory, as well as supporting the receipt of materials. Culture that values agility, transparency, and learning. **In Our Team**, you will assist in warehouse administrative routines such as product coding on shelves and support the processing of material requisition write-offs for received items in the ERP system. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Key Deliverables:** * **Inventory and Stock Management:** Preparation and active participation in periodic inventories, item counting, and assurance of stock accuracy; * **Systems and Spreadsheets:** Data entry into management systems, inventory tracking via spreadsheets, and updating of incoming and outgoing data; * **Identification and Labeling:** Physical organization of materials, labeling, and ensuring all items are properly identified; * **Receiving and Invoices:** Physical verification of received materials against purchase orders and invoices, plus documentation processing; * **Follow\-up with Procurement:** Ongoing coordination with the Procurement department regarding material arrivals and delivery deadlines; * **Handling and Preservation:** Item movement, shelf organization, and safeguarding the integrity of stored materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed high school (minimum); technical course in Logistics or Administration is preferred. * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in **Excel** (intermediate level) and experience with **ERP** management systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS). * **Fiscal Knowledge:** Basic understanding of invoice (NF) verification and CFOP (Fiscal Code for Operations and Services). * **Internal Logistics:** Familiarity with inventory methods and warehousing techniques. **Additional Information** **Your Career at Full Power: Build the Infrastructure That Powers Brazil.** Looking at an energized substation or a transmission line cutting across the horizon is not just seeing steel and cables — it’s seeing industries operating, cities illuminated, and the future arriving where nothing existed before.
