




We are seeking an extremely organized professional, process-oriented and focused on the quality of the student experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that all content (digital and physical), support materials, and satisfaction surveys are perfectly organized and delivered—directly contributing to the excellence of our operations and student satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** **Content and Platform Management** * Organize, catalog, and keep up to date all teaching materials (case studies, presentations, technical notes) on digital platforms (LMS/Intranet) and/or physical folders/files; * Ensure correct file naming conventions and version control to facilitate access by staff and students. **Support and Printing Operations** * Execute and manage the printing process for customized class materials (course packs, notebooks, identification badges, etc.); * Issue and print course completion certificates, ensuring personalization and data accuracy; * Manage inventory and logistics of physical support materials (welcome kits, identification items, etc.); * Conduct online surveys to evaluate student experience (CX); * Prepare all materials for in-person sessions on campus and remote sessions. **Essential Requirements** * Proven experience in organizational roles, back-office functions, or operations/process management. * Advanced skill in organizing digital and physical files using platforms such as SharePoint or LMS systems (e.g., Moodle). * * High attention to detail, strong task organization, and consistent adherence to deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for spreadsheets (data tracking/printing) and reporting. **Preferred Qualifications (What We Value)** Prior experience in Business Schools, EdTech companies, or institutions focused on Customer Experience (CX). * Languages: English / Spanish (intermediate level) is considered a plus **Skills:** * Aptitude for procedural and routine tasks * Process improvement mindset * Deadline orientation * Interpersonal communication * Strong verbal and written communication skills **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$0.01 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Childcare allowance * Free parking * Private pension plan * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
