Follow workplace safety procedures A building construction company is seeking a Post-Construction Cleaning Assistant in Americana. We provide services aimed at optimizing processes and ensuring the security of our clients' information. **Responsibilities:** Perform cleaning at the worksite. Clean windows and façades, clean rooms and accessories. Safeguard, maintain, preserve, and clean tools, instruments, and materials. Ensure personal safety as well as the safety of others. Follow procedures and work instructions for each assigned task. Perform coarse and fine post-construction cleaning (removing mortar, plaster, and other residues from apartments—on walls, floors, ceilings/ceilings, sanitary ware, and other fixtures), preparing the property for checklist initiation and for unit readiness for client inspection and handover. Use specific materials (disinfectants, wax, general-purpose removers, detergents, etc.) and equipment (brooms, mops, etc.): remove dust from furniture, sweep floors, clean or wash windows and glass, empty trash bins, sanitize bathrooms, and restock supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Occasionally assist with minor general support tasks, such as helping organize the area, cleaning after maintenance, providing simple support to finishing services, and offering basic assistance in activities—all under supervision.
