**Delight and positively impact** every customer who interacts with our World;
**Proudly represent our brand**, maintaining your personal presentation (uniform, makeup, beard, and posture aligned with the store’s concept);
**Handle sales and cashier duties**, fully focused on the customer experience—from first contact to payment;
**Perform cash register opening and closing**, verifying amounts and ensuring security in all processes;
**Contribute to achieving store goals**, always demonstrating a proactive attitude and team spirit;
**Maintain store organization**, including cleanliness, display layout, and supporting materials;
**Provide personalized consultation**, understanding each customer’s needs and highlighting the unique benefits of our products and services;
**Assist customers in navigating the store easily**, delivering a light and enjoyable shopping journey;
**Locate and restock items requested by customers**, ensuring availability at the time of sale;
**Provide service across digital platforms and e-commerce**, with the same care as in-person interactions;
**Present promotions, new product launches, loyalty campaigns, and seasonal initiatives**, enthusiastically and clearly;

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Availability to work 44 hours per week (6x1 rotating schedule);
* Strong communication skills and **ease in interacting with the public**;
* Agility, proactivity, and **results-oriented focus**;
* Team spirit and collaboration;
* Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and well-being;
* Preferred: training or coursework in **sales, customer service, etc.**
