The **Store Assistant's** mission is to place the customer first—both in sales and in the sales closing process—with full commitment to exceed their expectations by delivering effective solutions that surprise and delight them. **Responsibilities and duties** * Delight customers throughout the sales process by providing attentive and timely assistance; * Support customers during purchase completion; * Handle cash receipts, and perform cash register opening and closing procedures; * Offer financial services such as credit cards and installment plans; * Process product exchanges; * Carry out daily restocking and department organization tasks; * Assist with labeling products—including pricing and SKU tags—in inventory; * Provide exceptional customer service in fitting rooms to enhance the shopping experience; * Organize sales areas and store displays according to merchandising standards; * Encourage customers leaving the store to share feedback via the “Encantômetro” (Customer Satisfaction Meter); * Serve the general public. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Passion for customer service; * Availability to work on weekends; * Interest in fashion; * Proficiency with digital tools. **Additional information** **To make your daily routine easier:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; What delights you?
