Participation in meetings and training sessions Responsibilities of the Apprentice: Assist in the company's administrative and operational activities, develop professional skills, and acquire practical knowledge in a work environment while fulfilling the legally mandated apprenticeship working hours. Answer and forward telephone calls, take messages, and ensure efficient communication between the company and its contacts. Assist in organizing documents, completing forms, and maintaining files, ensuring documentation remains up-to-date and accessible. Serve customers, present services and products, and inform them about product quality and purchase advantages. Restock shelves, price products, and organize the store. Collaborate with the team on daily tasks and specific projects. Participate in meetings and training sessions, absorbing workplace knowledge and techniques. **Requirements:** * Age between 14 and 24 years, as stipulated by current legislation. * Currently enrolled and attending school or a technical course. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) and communication skills are preferred. * Proactivity, willingness to learn, and professional demeanor. **Desirable Competencies:** * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Skills in organization and time management. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. **Benefits:** * CIEE Apprenticeship Stipend * Transportation Allowance * Possibility of permanent employment upon contract completion, subject to performance and availability of positions.
