We currently have an **open position for a Specialized Educational Support (AEE) Teacher**, to work with students in Elementary School I. Main Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver Specialized Educational Support tailored to students' specific needs * Develop inclusive pedagogical strategies in collaboration with regular classroom teachers and the academic coordination team * Adapt teaching materials and resources according to students' requirements * Guide classroom teachers and families on inclusion strategies and student development * Participate in academic meetings Requirements: * Degree in Pedagogy with specialization in Special Education, Inclusive Education, or related fields * Knowledge of inclusive practices and current legislation * Experience in Specialized Educational Support (AEE) (preferred) * Sensitivity, responsibility, organization, and strong communication skills Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1\.000,00 \- R$1\.001,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Classroom teaching experience (mandatory) Work Location: On-site
