Process Development Analyst

Description

**Responsibilities:** Responsibilities: **Assist in the development of new products and improvement of existing products.** Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify innovation opportunities. **Participate in pilot- and industrial-scale testing of processes and packaging for frozen vegetable products.** Support the preparation of technical documents, such as technical data sheets, product specifications, and development reports. **Assist in preparing documents for product registration with regulatory authorities (e.g., ANVISA), etc.** **Requirements:** Requirements: **Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering,** Postgraduate studies or courses in Product Development, Innovation, or related fields (preferred). **Mandatory training:** Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). **Food safety standards and applicable legislation for the food industry.** Laboratory techniques and sensory analysis. **Knowledge of document management systems (preferred).** **Notes:** Support Research and Development (R&D) activities in creating and improving frozen vegetable products, ensuring innovation, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
